What:
Marijuana may be legalized in California.
It looks as if there may be a chance for the Marijuana to become legal.
The consequences are more of what ifs. Such as if this is done, will more abuse the drug?
There are no differences. Nothings being compared.
To let Marijuana become legal, or keep it illegal.
When:
It's happening now, such as while I do this blog, started at the beginning of 2010 and will hopefully happen by the end of 2010.
There wasn't a date on when this was discovered.
Where:
California.
Why:
So many people are begging and pleading for Marijuana to become legal. And seeing as the plants taxed... Make it legal, may help the in debt California.
How:
If it does happen, it will be that the California legislature passes the petition and allow the if gained 650,000 signatures to make Marijuana legal.
Millions, thousands? It affects much of California and they're hoping for eventually the whole world.
I find it weird, I am against drugs, but hey, people like it and want to use it, more power to them, let them. It doesn't matter to me, nor will it affect me, so I don't care.
